I offer personalized Medical Nutrition Therapy  sessions to address your nutritional questions, concerns, and goals. Sessions can be geared ​toward nutritional plans to address health  and disease, concerns with disordered eating, or lifestyle nutrition for everyday wellness. During the appointment I review medications , including potential interactions, medical history, and blood laboratory results. Together we navigate the best options for your personal health and personal goals.

Change your focus from what you "shouldn't eat" to how to FUE​L your body and mind. Imagine enjoying the food you eat, eating until you are satisfied, and no longer feeling guilty or deprived. Imagine finding joy in all types of physical movement and respecting the body you live in.

Appointments last one hour, but can go longer depending on your needs. If you have any previous lab work please bring this with you.
Many people only need one appointment. However, some prefer multiple sessions to develop their "health skills".  It is completely your choice.
