About Balanced 360 Nutrition Consulting
Balanced 360 Nutrition Consulting LLC is owned and operated by Mindy Rice MS, RDN, LD. Mindy has sixteen years of experience as a registered dietitian nutritionist. She currently works with people with disordered eating, children, adolescents, and people interested in nutrition for sport and activity. She approaches health from an anti-diet point of view as diets imply that the body cannot be trusted.
Mindy completed Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, and her Master's degree in Exercise Science and Health. She combines her love of health through her private practice, and working as a certified group fitness instructor. When not working as a RDN, or being a mom to her two daughters, she can be found teaching Pilates at Moscow Mountain Sport and Physical Therapy. Mindy is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, including the dietetic practice groups; Sports, Cardiovascular, and Wellness Nutrition (SCAN), Behavioral Health Nutrition, and Dietitians in Integrated and Functional Nutrition. Mindy's goal is to help people feel their best through a "non-dieting" approach to health and wellness.

Personal Statement
I work with clients using the principals of intuitive eating to develop a healthy relationship with food and body. Science supports that health can come in all shapes and sizes. My goal is to help clients understand how food fuels the body and mind, while letting go of shame so often associated with eating. Changing negative attitudes toward food, to one that celebrates the nourishment food provides, empowers each of us to feel our best.
